Station 01 · Scan
3D body measurement.
In just 60 seconds, the 3D body scan creates an accurate avatar of your body and surfaces longevity indicators most check-ups never see — FFMI (Fat-Free Mass Index), waist-to-hip ratio, basal metabolic rate, and more.
Repeat your scans across visits to track posture, muscle gain, fat reduction and water retention. Every change is in the Vidavii app, with you wherever you are.
Station 02 · Breathe
A real breath of fresh air.
Beyond traditional heat therapy: Breathe combines infrared warmth, six wavelengths of therapeutic light, ionised oxygen at concentrations rarely found outside a waterfall or mountaintop, and aromatherapy. Multisensory, targeted, eight minutes long.

The world's first carbon-fibre flow system.
Designed to activate your body's natural drainage and recovery pathways. Your lymphatic system helps regulate fluid balance, waste removal and toxin clearance, but unlike the heart or lungs, it has no central pump. Squeeze is designed to support that missing movement.
Using touchless, continuous waves of alternating pressure, Squeeze helps stimulate circulation, reduce water retention, support lymphatic flow and leave the body feeling lighter, clearer and more energised. Lie back for eight to twenty-four minutes while the pressure adapts to you.
Station 04 · Freeze
Why cold is the hottest thing right now.
Three minutes at −85°C in our state-of-the-art cryotherapy chamber. Cold therapy contracts blood vessels, then floods you with endorphins, serotonin and dopamine on the rebound — a measurable mood lift, an immune-system reset, and proven anti-inflammatory effects.

The dry water massage combines warmth, water pressure and gentle movement to create a deeply restorative full-body experience — all while you remain fully clothed and comfortably dry.

GlycanAge is a biological age test that measures inflammaging, which indicates the levels of chronic inflammation driven by your immune system as it ages, capturing changes years before they appear in standard bloodwork.
