How do I know that you have received my sample?
Typically samples take around a week before we receive them and we will inform you via email once they arrive back to us.
Unfortunately, although rare, there are cases when your sample could get lost.
Please, check your Spam folder in case any correspondence email from us got stuck in there. If however, you did not receive an email confirmation that your sample has successfully reached our lab and has gone into analyses, please get in touch via info@glycanage.com and we will ship a new box out to you free of charge.
