How do I ship my sample back to GlycanAge?
GlycanAge's kit includes an envelope for sending your sample back to us:
Your sample is stable in the mail for up to 2 weeks. If for any reason your sample is compromised or has issues when it reaches our lab, we will provide you with a replacement kit. If your kit did not include a pre-paid envelope, please contact us for assistance.
Before shipping your sample, please ensure all the required steps have been completed to avoid any delays with processing:
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE UNITED STATES/CANADA:
GlycanAge customers in the United States/Canada are provided with a self-addressed, pre-paid return envelope as part of their kit. The recipient details should be as follows:

Place your collected sample in the envelope as per the instructions in your kit, and drop it off at your nearest USPS (United States Postal Service) mailbox or post office.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE UNITED KINGDOM:
GlycanAge customers in the United Kingdom are provided with a self-addressed, pre-paid return envelope as part of their kit. The recipient details should be as follows:

Place your collected sample in the envelope as per the instructions in your kit, and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail (United Kingdom Postal Service) mailbox or post office.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE UK, USA & CANADA:
GlycanAge customers outside UK, USA & Canada are provided with a self-addressed return envelope as part of their kit. The recipient details should be as follows:

Place your collected sample in the envelope as per the instructions in your kit, and arrange shipment back to us with convenient postal service or courier. Note that GlycanAge currently does not cover return shipping costs for samples sent back from locations outside of the UK, USA & Canada (International samples).
